Returns & Refunds

Thank you for choosing Cartistry for your vehicle's bespoke journey.

 

We want your car to look its best and our clients to always be happy. If your order isn't quite right, we’re here to help. Most problems can be resolved quickly via e-mail, but if you remain unsatisfied please find our returns policy below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Still attached to the original backing paper/liner. (Once the transfer tape or release liner is peeled, it is considered "used").

  • In its original packaging.

Tailored Items

Please note that bespoke Graphics (including custom designs, colours, and sizes) are non-refundable. These are made specifically for your vehicle and to your personal specification, meaning we cannot resell them. Cartistry will do it's utmost to ensure all final proposals meet your requirements, so please check all design work before signing off on designs for production.

By approving the design at sign off, you confirm that all spelling, dimensions, and colours are correct & satisfactory.

DIY Installation

We provide high-quality professional-grade vinyl and comprehensive installation guides, but we cannot be held responsible for installation errors.

  • No refunds will be issued for bubbles, tearing, misalignment, or "burnt" vinyl due to improper heat gun use.

  • If you are new to vinyl, we recommend assessing our installation guides before applying graphics or hiring a local professional.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged from shipping or has a manufacturing defect (e.g., a cut error or missing letters), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include a clear photo of the damage and the packaging.

  • We will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.

Returns Process

  • In line with the UK consumers rights act you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for Non Bespoke items. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the item to Cartistry ltd.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email us at design@cartistry.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.

Please do not ship items back without prior authorization.
